Any damaged, used, or worn jewel as well as jewels that are customized can not be exchanged. Note that item(s) must be in their original packaging, with all the accessories and original paperwork (certificates, etc). The fulfillment of your request will be subject to our stock availability. Once your exchange is confirmed, you must return the item to the provided address within 7 days. You may request a product with equal or higher value.
